The X-Treme Scooters Electric Bicycle Scooter Moped is the ultimate alternative for commuters that need a quick way to travel but do not want the expense of operating a vehicle or motorcycle. Equipped with four 12-AMP batteries and a brushless rear 550 watt hub motor, the Electric Bicycle Scooter Moped can travel for up to 25 miles per charge and goes 20 miles an hour, making it great for gas-free commuting. Pedals come included but do not need to be installed, and because the Scooter Moped is classified as a power-assisted bicycle, you do not need a driver’s license to ride the bike on the street. The electric bicycle does not have to be registered with the DMV, and if you follow the bicycle laws, you should be able to ride this bike any place bicycles are allowed to operate (Per Federal Electric Bicycle Law H.R. 727).

The batteries will last for three years or more and can be re-charged more than 500 times. The electric bicycle will travel for 20 to 25 miles on a single charge and travels at up to 20 miles per hour. For additional convenience, the Scooter Moped is partially foldable for storage and transport and the front wheel can be removed.
The Electric Bicycle Scooter Moped is street ready with a solid, front and rear braking system, a Dual Sport headlight system, taillight, brake light, blinkers, and electric horn for maximum safety and visibility. The bike is also equipped with a speedometer and battery indicator. Front and rear shock absorbing as well as a spring-loaded seat make for a comfortable ride even on uneven surfaces, and the bike can be ridden by up to two people. Sixteen by 2.5 inch tires on durable aluminum wheels provide stability and traction for road riding. The bike motor starts a key and a variable speed control twist throttle. The bike is also equipped with a kickstand, tool kit, cargo rack, and multiple storage areas: a large area below the seat, a large trunk, and a small area near the key.
Equipped with four 12 volt, 20 AMP batteries with a life of three or more years, the Electric Bicycle Scooter Moped features a powerful battery set up. The bike runs for 20 to 25 miles per charge and can still be pedal operated when out of battery power. A Smart Charger is included with the bike.
