Most people take out their bikes when the weather is nice. I live on the beach so many people take out their bikes, but this summer it's different for me. I make a better form of exercise that lunges fun. Lunges really work your butt and legs and lunges if you have ever made, you know that it is not fun. When I go to the gym and lunges I like 50 and I'm in so much pain for the next few days. Oh, did I mention that I hate to do it in the process?
