Razor E100 Electric Scooter Review

Razor E100 Electric Scooter
We have done this to our 13 years old daughter as a gift about 4 months ago. She loves it! She slips through the area on their own. It has also cut down on my car-pooling.

She rides it to school at least once a week and her after-school activities.

If the battery is empty, while she was on her, she uses only her legs and skin from home, as if it is a non-electric scooter. It is easy enough to even up the stairs.

You have to remember to plug it so at nightthere will always be charged. One morning, it would not work, even though it was connected all night. We thought the battery was dead, but after some thought we pushed the reset button and it was good to go.

It is somewhat slower rise hill and at the end of its load.

Simple assembly.

My daughter only complaint is that people stop her in the street and ask her where she got her scooter, and how much it costs, if they ride ….

Razor E100 Electric Scooter Overview

Introducing Razors new and improved E-100 Electric Scooter offering powerful fun at speeds up to 10MPH!

Razor E100 Electric Scooter Specifications

Cruise around the neighborhood in style with the Razor E100 electric scooter. Boasting a chain-driven, high-torque motor, and a handy twist-grip throttle, the E100 is the perfect device for pre-teens and teens wanting to zip over to a friend’s house or head to the park. Unlike Razor’s E300S and E500S scooters–whose motors start from a standing position–the E100 requires a small manual kickoff to 3 miles per hour before starting (the rider presses a trigger to engage the motor). Once the rider is on the move, however, the electric motor ramps up to 10 miles per hour–fast enough to have fun, but not fast enough to be a menace on the street or sidewalk. And thanks to the long-life rechargeable battery, which takes about eight hours to fully charge, riders can cruise for up to 40 minutes at a stretch.

Other details include a folding handlebar mechanism for easy storage and transport, an 8-inch pneumatic front tire and 4.9-inch polyurethane rear wheel, and a hand-operated front brake. The E100 is recommended for ages 8 and older and offers a maximum weight capacity of 120 pounds. It also comes with a pair of 12-volt batteries, a charger, and tools and is backed by a 90-day warranty.

Good Product – Antonio Flores – Highlands, NJ
I bought this scooter for my 9-year-old daughter and she loves it. The scooter is fast enough for a 9 years old, but slowly enough that they wont be badly hurt in love with the proper safety equipment. My only complaint is the charging time. 12 hours for the first load than 8 hours, depending on usage.

My son wanted one of these scooters on his birthday, but I didn't want to spend [...] This was the perfect price, perfect color (blue) and perfect gift. He still has a smile on his face.
